Korvsoppa

  • - About 500 grams of sausage
  • - 10 potatoes
  • - 1 chopped onion
  • - 2 sliced carrots
  • - Frozen peas
  • - Buljong
  • - Soy sauce
  • - 10 x peppercorn
  • - 2 x bay leaf

Cut potato in to pieces. Big or small. Boil with buljong, pepper and bay leaf. Chop chop sausage. Fry it in a frying pan. Brown onion and carrots in butter. Put everything in the pot and cook 15 minutes Or more. Taste, and add more buljong.
