Pasta al limone

  • - 250g Linguine
  • - 1 Lemon
  • - 2 Large cloves Garlic
  • - Large knob of butter
  • - ¼ cup of heavy cream
  • - 60g Finely grated Parmesan Cheese
  • - Salt and Black pepper
  • - Extra virgin Olive Oil
  • - Itailian Parsley

Making the sauce: Start by putting your butter in to a hot pan on medium high heat! Soon as the butter starts to fizz a bit, add your garlic (Finely chopped) Once the Garlic is fragrant, add the heavy cream, cook for a few minutes to let the garlic, butter and cream mix up a bit!

Start cooking your pasta, make sure the water is well seasoned with Salt! Add a decent amount of lemon zest, a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper to the sauce. Make sure to save a little bit of zest for a garnish at the end! Let that mix up for a couple minutes, add your Parmesan and wait for your pasta to cook.

Now the pasta is cooked, add to the pan/sauce and give it a mix! Drizzle olive oil over the pasta, garnish with lemon zest and parsely! DONE! Serve and enjoy :)
